**What's the Job?**

+ Perform MIG welding with precision and adherence to safety standards
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
+ Complete weld tests upon hiring to demonstrate skill proficiency
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

**What's Needed?**

+ 1-3 years of MIG welding experience
+ Blueprint reading skills for weld testing
