Welder

• Perform welding works according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Execute 6G position welding for piping and structural components.
• Handle aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastic welding.
• Perform TIG / MIG welding processes as required.
• Ensure weld quality meets semiconductor industry standards.
• Conduct visual inspection of welds.
• Follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
• Rectify defects and rework when necessary.

Requirements

• Valid 6G Welding License (Mandatory).
• Certification in aluminium, metal, and plastic welding is an advantage.
• CIDB or other recognized welding certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years welding experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial piping is an advantage.
• Experience with TIG welding (especially aluminium & stainless steel).
