**Job Title: Welder (1st and 2nd Shift)**

**Job Description**

This position offers the opportunity to perform a mix of TIG and MIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel in a fast-paced, job-shop environment. You will work from blueprints to produce a variety of metal products and display components, using updated equipment in a large, clean facility. This role is ideal for welders who want hands-on experience with diverse projects and the chance to grow into other areas such as fabrication and painting.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG (approximately 60%) and MIG (approximately 40%) welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, dimensions, and weld requirements.
+ Set up welding equipment, select appropriate settings, and verify proper operation before beginning work.
