Job Description

Key Attributes:

  • A good communicator and able to work in a team

  • Able to work with speed and accuracy

  • Hard working and self-motivated

    • Main responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate welding machine and follow welding procedures

  • Hardface/cladding welding (training will be given for specific processes)

  • Record Production logs

  • Plasma cutting finished sheet

  • Prepare final product for dispatch, label and package

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:

  • Health & Safety awareness

  • Experience in welding, cutting and forming sheet metal

  • Welding skills in STIC(SMAW), MIG, TIG, Sub Arc

  • Able to follow instructions and read basic engineering/shop drawings

  • Experience in manufacturing

  • Able to drive a forklift

  • Good housekeeping practices
