As a welder, you will be part of a team that averages between 2,000-2,500 welds per day, focusing on consistent cosmetic welding. Your role involves loading metal onto fixtures, welding specific parts, and passing the unit to the next welder. Productivity is measured by the weld cell, emphasizing teamwork over individual performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols.
+ Complete units in a set time frame, averaging 2,000-2,500 welds per day.
+ Ensure consistent cosmetic welding quality.
+ Load and unload metal onto and from weld fixtures.
+ Read and interpret weld symbols to complete tasks.
+ Collaborate effectively with the team to maintain cell productivity.
