Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and stick welding on metal fence components and custom projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
- Fabricate, repair, and assemble metal materials
- Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience required
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors when needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
