**Roles and Responsibilities:**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Assemble and TIG weld aerospace castings and details
+ Use fixtures, tools, and gauges to produce aerospace parts meetings blueprint drawing tolerances
+ Follow detailed work instructions
+ Practice weld procedures per GE and Nadcap/AWS specifications
+ Work in a team environment, participate in Action Workouts, and contribute to the LEAN Manufacturing workplace
+ Practice safe work habits and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

+ Must have minimum of two years Gas Tungsten Arc (Heliarc) welding experience
+ Pass Gas Tungsten Arc Weld test on nickel base, cobalt base and stainless steel alloys (groove and fillet welding per MIL-W-1595)
+ Prefer 2 years of college or trade school background or professional industry equivalency
