Welder in Muncie, IN Shifts:

• 1st Shift (Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm), & 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs 9:30pm-6am)  40-56 hours per week; 5-6 days per week Pay $22+ per hour (based on experience and shift) Fulltime, Benefits, and Weekly Pay Job Overview: Progress Rail, a Caterpillar company, is partnering with Impact Workforce Solutions to hire a Welder for their manufacturing team in Muncie, Indiana .


• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our dynamic team.
• In this position, you will operate various hand-welding and flame-cutting equipment to fabricate and join workpieces.
• Your expertise in welding techniques such as MIG and Stick will contribute to the successful completion of projects while maintaining the highest safety standards.
