**Welder – 1st Shift $18 an hour-- Will increase to $20 an hour after 90 days**

**Location:** Williamsport, PA

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM–12:00 PM

Join a growing manufacturing team producing steel containers for the waste, construction, recycling, and energy industries. We're seeking skilled welders who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.

**What You'll Do**

+ Perform **MIG welding** on steel containers, including walls, floors, frames, and gates
+ Fabricate and weld sub-assemblies
+ Read blueprints and fit components accurately
+ Ensure products meet quality and structural standards
+ Contribute to daily production goals of 15–18 containers per day

**Requirements**

+ At least **1 year of production welding experience** OR a **welding degree from Penn College of Technology (Penn Tech)**
