**Job Title: MIG Welders**

**Location:** Milton, PA

**Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour

**Schedule:**

+ Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ Friday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are currently hiring **MIG Welders** to join our production team. This role involves working on a fast-paced production line to fabricate high-quality containers while meeting daily output goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding and basic fabrication tasks
+ Work on a production line producing **15–18 containers per day**
+ Weld components including walls, floors, frames, sub-assemblies, and gates
+ Ensure all products meet **structural integrity and safety standards**
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace
+ Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

**Qualifications**

+ Prior MIG welding experience required
+ Ability to work in a production environment and meet daily goals
