**Pay & Schedule**

+ $21.79/hour + Weekly Pay
+ 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
+ Overtime opportunities available

**What You’ll Do**

+ Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and galvanized materials
+ Read and follow blueprints and fabrication drawings
+ Use measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
+ Operate welding equipment and shop tools safely
+ Inspect welds and make adjustments as needed
+ Follow Lean / 5S practices to keep work areas organized
+ Work with a team to hit daily production goals
