The Role: We are seeking an experienced Welder Metal Works Specialist with a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, coupled with a passion for training apprentices and junior metalworkers. The successful candidate will split their time between:

• Technical project work with CETECH Ghana (fabrication, welding, repairs, maintenance), and

• Teaching and mentoring at IPES Ghana, delivering programs in metalwork disciplines such as welding, aluminum fabrication, steel fabrication, and maintenance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise on-site while shaping future professionals through impactful education.
