**Job Description**

This role supports manufacturing and refurbishment operations by performing high-precision welding and fabrication work using a variety of hand welding equipment and processes. The Welder cleans turbo charger rotors and internal components, measures and evaluates parts for repair or replacement, fabricates turbo charger stands for shipment, and assists with balancing rotating assemblies. The position requires strong technical welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production and overhaul environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Use templates, jigs, blueprints, and other guides to repair, modify, and fabricate components and assemblies.
+ Operate hand tools to cut, drill, bore, tap, ream, shape, and grind metal parts to precise specifications.
