**Job Description**

This role offers an experienced Welder the opportunity to work on custom, engineered-to-order products, including first-of-kind prototypes for data centers and industrial applications. You will perform a variety of welding processes, fabricate pressure vessels and custom assemblies, and contribute to a high-quality, low-volume, high-variation production environment in a modern manufacturing facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding on a variety of metals with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency.
+ Weld in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including ASME and AWS requirements.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine project requirements and welding sequences.
+ Select appropriate welding equipment, parameters, and techniques for each job based on materials and specifications.
