****Welder - Night Shift - 4 Day Week!****

**_We are looking for candidates with experience in MIG welding using short‑arc or pulse settings on Millermatic machines. This is a production welding role focused on consistency, efficiency, and clean weld appearance._**

Responsibilities

+ Production MIG welding on tabletop fixtures
+ Weld small to medium weldments (2–8 components)
+ 90% of work done on a 4x4 welding table on casters
+ Use pre‑qualified fixtures to ensure part accuracy
+ May weld larger chamber line smokers after training
+ Light inspection; no high‑tolerance measuring required
+ Use basic measuring tools such as calipers, jigs, tape measures, and protractors
+ Maintain strong time management and produce clean, functional welds
