Shift: Monday–Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)Summary of the Role:We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a production team in Lamar. This position requires experience with aluminum welding, the ability to read blueprints, and producing high-quality welds that meet company standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform welding tasks using aluminum materials. Complete 1/4 fillet welds to specification and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy and quality.
