**Job Description**
This role performs a wide range of welding and fabrication tasks in a manufacturing environment, using multiple welding processes to produce high-quality parts and assemblies that meet strict customer and internal quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Carry out welding tasks including tacking, welding, and finishing in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
+ Utilize manual and semi-automated welding equipment, including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, plasma arc, resistance, and submerged arc methods.
+ Measure, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies to meet project specifications and tolerances.
+ Fasten components by clamping, tack welding, grinding, or bolting to ensure proper alignment before final welding.
+ Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and job specifications to determine proper welding techniques and sequence of operations.
