**Aerotek is hiring Welder / Fabricator**

**2nd & 3rd shift**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG and stick welding of various metals according to engineering drawings and specifications.
+ Position, fit, align, and weld products based on detailed blueprints and work instructions.
+ Fit and grind manufactured parts, using appropriate grinding tools and quality instruments to ensure accuracy and adherence to tolerances.
+ Primarily perform horizontal MIG welding, with occasional TIG or stick welding as required for specific items.
+ Utilize blueprints to identify and fit components, including measuring and cutting materials when needed.
+ Use tape measures, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure correct fit-up prior to welding.
+ Interpret weld symbols and apply correct welding techniques to meet design and quality standards.
+ Partner with other departments, including production and quality, to ensure smooth work...
