Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks on welding equipment, machines, weld heads, torches, gas piping and work area to meet UCTM standards.
• Ensure 6S requirements are met daily (before start and after end of shift).
• Set up welding equipment, selecting appropriate welding method, machine settings, and consumables.
• Create 'Weld Coupons' daily before the start of production.
• Execute work orders as prioritized by the Production Planner.
• Validate that all 'Kitted' components, including bent tubes, are in OK condition before beginning the job.
• Weld joints according to printed specifications, including bead size, start/end points, and overlap length.
• Verify the welded assembly for proper appearance, bead quality, and penetration using bore...
