**Job Description**

This is a 1st shift welding and fabricating role, primarily focused on MIG welding based on blueprints. You will be involved in building industrial-sized waste handling equipment, including both standard products and custom work. The position also requires assisting in the assembly department as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding based on blueprints.
+ Fabricate industrial-sized waste handling equipment.
+ Utilize shop equipment such as grinders, drills, and taps.
+ Assist in the assembly department when required.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1+ years of experience in MIG welding.
+ Proficiency in fabrication and custom work.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with shop equipment like drills, taps, and grinders.
+ Strong attention to detail.
