**Job Description**
This first-shift welding role focuses on fabricating and welding compactors, front-loads, and hook-lifts using MIG welding techniques. You will work closely with a collaborative team, follow blueprints, and ensure that all finished products meet established quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Participate in a morning meeting with your direct supervisor to review the daily work schedule, assignments, and required materials.
+ Set up and prepare work areas, tools, and materials needed for welding compactors, front-loads, and hook-lifts.
+ Perform MIG welding on a variety of components and assemblies according to specifications and blueprints.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to determine measurements, layout, and weld requirements.
