**Job Description**

This role supports welding operations in an industrial plant by assisting welders, handling general labor tasks, and helping maintain a safe work area. You will work closely with experienced welders and supervisors in a construction and welding environment, contributing to safe and efficient completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist welders with daily tasks in an industrial plant environment, including preparing work areas and organizing tools and materials.
+ Support welding supervision by following instructions, coordinating materials, and helping ensure work progresses safely and efficiently.
+ Handle general labor duties such as moving equipment, cleaning workspaces, and staging materials for welding and construction activities.
+ Work around welding torches and related equipment, helping to set up, transport, and secure tools as directed.
