This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$27/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ MIG & Flux Core welding in a shop setting
+ Fabricate railings and structural components
+ Read basic prints
+ Measure/cut materials
+ Grind, fit, and prep materials for welds
