**Job Description**

This role focuses on MIG welding steel components in a dynamic job shop environment. You will use blueprints and drawings to perform accurate, high‑quality welds while working closely with a team that supports custom fabrication and production.

**Responsibilities**

+ MIG weld steel components according to detailed specifications provided in blueprints and drawings.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specific welding requirements, joint types, and weld sizes.
+ Set up welding equipment and materials to complete assigned jobs efficiently and safely.
+ Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to project specifications.
+ Collaborate with team members in cutting, forming, welding, fabrication, and finishing areas to support smooth production flow.
