**Need to Know**

+ Location: Fremont, CA
+ Pay: $32-37/hr (+15% shift differential on PM shift)
+ PLUS $3000 sign-on bonus!
+ Schedule: 12hr shifts, (6 to 6)3 days on, 4 days on alternating
+ Sunday-Tuesday
+ Thursday-Saturday
+ working every other Wednesday
+ HS Diploma/GED required

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG, MIG, and/or spot welding on a variety of metal components
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
+ Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
+ Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
