Welder - Flux Core & TIG Root

TIG & Flux Core Welders Required

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders with experience in TIG root, Flux Core, and MIG welding to secure short-term contract work on a high-profile engineering project.

The Role

• Carrying out TIG root welding on 32-inch pipework Carbon
• Completing Flux Core and MIG welding operations on pipe sections
• Operating manipulator welding equipment where required
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and welding procedures
• Ensuring all work meets project quality and specification requirements
• Maintaining safe working practices and high housekeeping standards
• Working effectively as part of a busy production team

Inspection & Quality Requirements

All welds will be subject to:

• Visual Weld Inspection
• Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI)
