**Welder Fitter - El Cajon - $25 to $30/hr**

**Job Description**

The Welder Fitter performs TIG and MIG welding on a variety of assemblies, supports a journeyman welder with fit-up and fabrication, and works from blueprints to produce high-quality welded components. This role operates in a hands-on fabrication environment, using fixtures and hand tools to weld and assemble parts made from exotic materials and various thicknesses. The position is based on-site in El Cajon, CA, four days per week.

**Open Shifts**

+ First shift schedule 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon-Thurs)
+ Second shift schedule 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM(Mon-Thurs)
+ Weekend schedule 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Fri-Sun)

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on a wide range of assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
