**Job Description**
Join our team as a welder in the miscellaneous shop, where you will be working primarily with handrails, ladders, and cages. Your role will involve setting up weld machines and adjusting temperatures based on product specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up weld machines and adjust temperature based on product specifications.
+ Read blueprints to fit up parts accurately.
+ Operate overhead crane as needed.
+ Perform basic weld inspections before proceeding to the next step.
+ Clean up welds with a grinder as needed.
+ Work with welds up to 1-inch thick steel.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficient in MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience in fabrication and weld assembly.
+ Skill in using tape measures for precision.
