Our client, an engineering and manufacturing business, based between Halifax and Bradford, has an immediate requirement to recruit 2 well‑versed Welder Fabricators.

Key Skills / Responsibilities

• Must be able to MIG/MAG to a good standard. Top graded welders will be expected to be able to TIG weld.
• Have experience in working with mild steel/carbon as a minimum. Top graded welders will have experience of working with exotic materials.
• Read technical drawings to build jobs to specification.
• Fabricate from technical drawings.
• Overhead crane experience is a benefit.
• Work to quality standards set out.
• Possess safe working practices.
• Follow safety protocol including wearing heat‑resistant gloves, overalls, air‑fed protective masks, and safety shoes (all provided by the company).
