About the Role A top client in the Detroit area is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join its welding team. This position is perfect for early career candidates or recent trade school graduates who want to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and basic fabrication under supervision. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions. Fit and assemble steel parts using jigs and measuring tools. Inspect welds visually to ensure quality standards are met. Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Participate in training to learn new welding and fabrication techniques.
