Welder Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our production team in Bridlington. The role involves welding and fabricating modular components and chassis assemblies using MIG welding techniques on mild steel and galvanised steel. This is a hands-on position working within a busy manufacturing environment producing high-quality modular structures.

Responsibilities

* Perform MIG welding on mild steel and galvanised steel components

* Fabricate and assemble modular units and chassis structures to engineering drawings

* Prepare materials, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning prior to welding

* Ensure all welds meet required quality and safety standards

* Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications

* Carry out visual inspection of completed welds

* Maintain welding equipment and ensure work area is kept clean and safe
