Job Description

Responsibilities:
Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.

Align, position, and fit components into fixtures as instructed.

Set up a gas-shielded MIG welder and weld parts to specifications.

Read blueprints and welding symbols to complete tasks.

Use hand tools, clamps, and grinders to perform job duties.

Conduct basic maintenance on welding equipment.

Weld simple assemblies without fixtures.

Monitor and adjust the robotic welder to ensure quality throughout the run.

Maintain 5S standards and complete related duties.

Perform tasks to meet quality and productivity goals.

Understand and execute inventory paperwork and computer transactions when needed.

Adhere to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.

Move within department/plant as assigned.
