**Job Title: Welder / Laser Operator**

**Overview**

This role involves welding and operating laser/CNC machines in a small team environment. You’ll set up machines, follow blueprints, and help produce quality metal parts.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up and run laser cutting machines using preloaded programs
+ Read blueprints and ensure parts meet specifications
+ Perform MIG and stick welding
+ Operate other machines (mills, lathes, brake press, punch press) as needed
+ Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
+ Monitor machines and make basic adjustments
+ Assist with general shop and fabrication tasks
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Work with team members to meet production goals

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 1+ year of laser or CNC machine operation experience
+ 2+ years of welding experience (MIG required, stick preferred)
