**Job Description**
As a welder, you will be responsible for welding and building structural components such as catwalks, stairways, handrails, and support structures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Produce and assemble steel structures and equipment according to specifications.
+ Assemble, gather, and weld steel materials for products.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to complete work.
+ Operate hand tools such as grinders, drills, and impacts.
+ Follow safety requirements while performing all work duties.
+ Meet or beat project deadlines to satisfy production requirements and demands.
+ Ensure work meets quality requirements as determined by quality control and production supervision.
+ Maintain and improve department performance metrics of on-time, complete, and error-free production.
+ Operate overhead cranes and unload raw materials.
