Job Summary: 
Welding/Brazing/Hardfacing of fixed cutter drill bits. Maintaining quality and equipment. Performing related manual tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY: 
Perform relevant tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions to co-workers.
Document actions by completing production and quality records.
Inform manager/supervisor of any uncontrolled problem found during the operation stage.
Communicate ideas with supervisor.
Observe safe working conditions by adhering to HSE procedures and regulations.
Maintain 5S and lean process as per set procedures.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & REQUIRED:
Welding school diploma with 0-2 years of experience preferred.
Practical and conceptual skills with attention to detail.
