**Job Description**

This role focuses on structural welding, fitting, and installation for large commercial and industrial new construction projects in the Lower Mainland. You will perform CWB-certified welding, work safely at heights, and collaborate closely with site teams to ensure high-quality, on-schedule project delivery.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform structural steel fitting, welding, and installation on large commercial and industrial construction projects.
+ Read and interpret structural steel drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols to ensure accurate and high-quality workmanship.
+ Complete CWB-certified welding on structural steel, miscellaneous metals, and secondary steel components.
+ Assist with erecting, aligning, and plumbing structural steel members during installation.
+ Perform field welding, connection welding, fit-up, and structural modifications as required by the project.
