Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the fabrication and repair processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Clare, MI

**Pay Range:** $20

**Shift:**
1st shift - 8 am to 4 pm (Monday thru Friday)
3rd shift - 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday thru Thursday)
**overtime is scheduled prior to start time and can be heavy including weekends

+ Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using appropriate techniques and welding devices.
+ Position parts according to work orders, routings, prints, and knowledge of the unit.
