**MIG Welder / Fabricator (Cedar Rapids, IA - $20-$26/hr)**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Perform MIG welding on aluminum and/or steel components
+ Weld, tack, and assemble parts according to specifications and drawings
+ Read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements
+ Fabricate components using .035 wire and standard welding processes
+ Weld in various positions, including flat and vertical
+ Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and consistency
+ Use hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
