Welder

**MIG Welder – $22+/hr + Profit Sharing**

We're hiring **MIG Welders** to support fabrication and manufacturing operations in a growing shop environment. This role is ideal for candidates with welding experience who can read blueprints, work with measurements, and take pride in producing quality work.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on carbon and stainless steel
+ Read and interpret blueprints
+ Fabricate and assemble metal components
+ Use tape measures and other measuring tools
+ Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as needed
+ Assist with shop equipment such as brake presses and drill presses
+ Maintain a safe and organized work area

**Required Experience**

+ 6+ months of welding experience or welding education
+ Ability to read a tape measure
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Strong attention to detail and quality

**Preferred Experience**

+ MIG welding experience
