**What You’ll Do**

+ Start in production to learn shop processes, safety, and quality standards
+ Transition into performing **MIG welds** on metal components
+ Spend most of your time welding once trained (60–70%)
+ Operate equipment such as **punch presses and grinders**
+ Perform grinding to prepare parts for finishing or assembly
+ Read and follow **blueprints and welding drawings**
+ Work in a team-based welding cell to meet daily production goals
+ Progress from basic to more complex welds as your skills grow
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Assist with other production tasks, including packaging
