**Job Title: MIG/TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

This role involves performing high-quality structural steel welding and pipe fabrication in an industrial shop environment while consistently following safety procedures, technical specifications, and standard operating practices. Ideal candidates will **NEED** to have 3 + years of experience doing structural steel welding.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on structural steel
+ Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
+ Assemble and fabricate metal components to specification
+ Inspect welds to ensure quality and safety standards
+ Proven experience in structural steel welding
+ Ability to pass welding certification tests
+ Knowledge of welding safety procedures (OSHA compliant)
+ Strong attention to detail and reliability
+ Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various condition
