**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled welder to perform flux core welding on mild steel for the construction of barges. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, and be able to read blueprints effectively while collaborating with a team under the supervision of a supervisor.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform flux core welding on mild steel to construct barges.
+ Utilize MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members under supervision.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in flux core, MIG, and TIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, and structural steel fabrication.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Previous welding experience ranging from 3 to 6 months.
