**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on welding and fabrication work in a miscellaneous shop environment, primarily producing handrails, ladders, cages, and similar structural components. You will set up and operate welding equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure high-quality welds on steel parts, including material up to 1 thick.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up weld machines and adjust temperature and other settings based on product requirements and material thickness.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to fit up parts accurately according to print specifications.
+ Perform MIG, TIG, and flux core welding on handrails, ladders, cages, and other structural components in a production environment.
+ Operate an overhead crane as needed to move and position materials and assemblies safely.
