**Job Description**

This role focuses on custom welding and fabrication work in a shop environment with welding structural components directly from blueprints. You will primarily perform MIG and flux core welding on high-strength steel, with occasional work on stainless steel and aluminum. The position requires strong fabrication skills, the ability to work from prints with minimal supervision, and confidence welding in out-of-position and tight spaces.

**Responsibilities**

+ Fabricate and assemble flatbed trailers and related components from blueprints and drawings.
+ Perform MIG and flux core welding on high-strength structural steel, including out-of-position and vertical welding in tight or confined spaces.
+ Interpret and work directly from blueprints, ensuring accurate dimensions, fit, and alignment of all parts.
