**Job Title: TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on TIG welding thin-gauge aluminum, sheet metal, and stainless steel materials while supporting the fabrication of equipment. You will set up welding equipment, interpret blueprints, and produce high-quality welded assemblies that meet strict print and quality standards in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up TIG welding equipment and ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand specific welding requirements.
+ Fit and TIG weld stainless steel and other thin-gauge materials
+ Verify that all completed work conforms to print, dimensional, and quality requirements.
+ Follow production plans and meet required daily output targets.
+ Assist with material cutting and preparation, including sawing, grinding, and deburring components.
