Welder

Job Responsibilities

Perform welding operations on metal materials according to drawings and process requirements

Operate welding equipment such as arc welding, MIG/MAG (gas metal arc welding), and TIG welding

Carry out welding and assembly of steel structures, pipelines, machinery, and components

Grind, finish, and clean weld seams to ensure quality standards are met

Prepare materials before welding, including cutting, beveling, and surface cleaning

Inspect weld quality and repair defects such as porosity, cracks, or incomplete fusion

Follow welding procedures and safety regulations (HSE standards)

Maintain and service welding machines and related tools

Work closely with installation, maintenance, and production teams to complete tasks

Complete welding records and quality inspection reports as required
