Lead innovative training initiatives as a Weld Training Superintendent at our Darlington, ON project. Focus on enhancing welding skills while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
This role, reporting to the Construction Manager, involves assisting in the establishment of a new Weld Training Department for the Unit 1 Small Modular Reactor. Candidates should have a solid background in welding processes and supervisory experience in nuclear settings. You'll be responsible for the daily operation, planning, and performance assessments of the training program, ensuring that training meets high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily planning and supervision of the Weld Training Program
