The Weld Inspector role supports all operational activities focused on enhancing safety, quality, and overall performance by applying continuous improvement practices and identifying opportunities for innovation.

• Act as a driver of change, working effectively across all levels of the organization. This individual should be comfortable challenging existing processes and possess strong communication skills.
