The role of a Welcome and Service Assistant Manager with the National Trust is to uphold the highest of standards in the service we give to visitors. If you’re a natural motivator, who likes to lead by example to make sure every single person feels welcome and has their best day possible, then this could be the job for you.

We're looking for a Welcome and Service Assistant Manager to join the North Warwickshire Portfolio of properties, Packwood, Baddesley Clinton and Charlecote Park. You'll need to travel across the properties on an regular basis so there will be a need to drive, be flexible and adaptable to suit the business need.

You'll be required to work regular weekends, bank holiday and peak business times. 

You'll perform the duty role of Site Lead, and you will need to get stuck in and help operationally wherever you're needed, playing a role in keeping the whole property running smoothly, loo...
