Weekend Warehouse Operative - Andover

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Support robots and other pickers by correctly sorting items into totes.
• Operate in Ambient and Chill work areas, including temperatures down to 0°C.
• Perform inbound quality assurance: receive goods from suppliers, inspect condition, and prepare them for distribution.

Work Areas

• Ambient & Chill (0°C) – fixed Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Shift Times

• Days: 05:00 – 15:00
• Nights: 19:00 – 05:00

Qualifications

• No previous warehouse experience required.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Salary

• Hourly pay: £12.84
• Night shift premium (11:45pm–5:45am): £3.34 per hour
